Your appointments are very important to me and my business. I reserve your appointments for you and you only. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, life happens. That being said, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancelations.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving me enough notice, I loose the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Therefore, my clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to get in earlier for their service as well as I loose money from my day. My appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance. I know its hard to keep track of appointments, especially when you make them months ahead of time. Since the services are reserved for you personally cancellation fees will apply.

 

  • Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • Having a cancelation policy gives me time to contact my clients that hope to get in sooner than their appointed time, as well as keeps my schedule filled.

  • As a courtesy, I will txt you to confirm your service appointments 24 hours prior to your appointment time. However, if I am unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancelation fee.
